Report within 10 business days of receiving your exports. If we miss that date you are refunded in full, automatically, no questions.
The report is the product — we don't refund for what it finds (including "everything agrees", which is worth knowing).
Your exports reach one person through a private, encrypted upload link — no account needed. They are stored encrypted and deleted 30 days after your report is delivered.
This is a new service. These first checks are done by hand so that every disagreement gets a human explanation, and so we learn what the automated version must catch. You are among the first; that is why there are five slots and why the refund rule is one sentence long.
- Do you change anything in my systems?
- No. We work from exports you send us. Read-only, always.
- Which systems can you compare?
- Squarespace Commerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Square POS, Stripe, PayPal, QuickBooks Online, Xero, ShipStation, Pirate Ship. Something else? Ask — if it exports a spreadsheet, we can probably read it.
- What if everything agrees?
- Then your report says so, lists every check we ran, and you know your numbers are right. Most stores with two or more systems have at least one silent gap.
- How long does it take me?
- About 30 minutes to export the files, following our step-by-step instructions. Then nothing until the report arrives.
- Is my data safe?
- You upload your exports through a private link made for you — no account needed, encrypted in transit and at rest. One person opens them, and they are deleted 30 days after delivery. We never ask for passwords or access to your accounts, and the check does not need your customers' names or addresses — you can remove those columns before sending.
